need to borrow a ramp or similar - anyone?

hi guys,

i am having a mini digger delivered to my house tomorrow and i need a solution to get it from street level into my garden - roughly 0.5m. the hire company say their ramps aren't detachable from the trailer and the total drop from the trailer into my garden will be too steep.

i just had a scout around work for some lengths of channel or heavy angle, but cam up with nothing. just wondering if anyone on here had any ramps or some bits of steel channel i could borrow for the weekend? can collect/drop off but i reckon they need to be 1.5-2m long.
