There's a really good Indian restaurant in Barton and a good view of the Humber Bridge.

Barton's pretty good for the size of it, a few decent restaurants, and loads of bars, haven't been across too recently, but it was always pretty lively on a weekend.
There's definately worse places (not bad comung from someone north of the Humber),there's some cracking roads over there, and not too far from Cadwell.

Good God Kerry... do you think the locals will be able to cope with your return? wink

There are some lovely villages south of the river (estuary for the pedants). Do you need to be south side? If so, look east of the bridge or south along the A15.

Can you stretch to Beverley?

Great, I know Hull well as grew up near Howden and as young 'uns Hull was the place we went on a Saturday, I want to be out of the town somewhere quieter, I know there is the toll to pay but property seems much cheaper. Are there any dodgy areas of Barton? Places to avoid?
