We Need a Minibus...

Hi all
Myself and a group of friends are doing the national three peaks challenge at the end of this month. There is going to be 7 climbing plus four drivers (it's going to be around 28-30 hours of driving in total; most of the group are driving up from Surrey - hence lots of people sharing the driving is best) thus the need for lots of seats. We have been let down a couple of times now and it's looking unlikely that we can line anything up which may end up in several cars being driven from surrey-leeds-scotland-lake district-wales-leeds-surrey... Not ideal!
We are doing this for charity and costs for us have already started racking up with accomodation, fuel, equipment etc. I know persnoaly I'll end up spending at least £300 I'd imagine. With this in mind, hiring a minibus for the trip is something we'd like to avoid, particulaly becuase I'm told generally they will have a milelage limit on them which we will exceed.
So if anyone owns a minibus or even runs a hiring firm that would be willing to lend us one, or knows of any links that might help us out that would be gratefully appreciated. Obviously we understand this is a pretty big ask so any offer we will be extremely grateful for!
One point (without sounding like beggers can't be choosers) - the minibus has to be reliable and mechanically sound as if it was to break down on trip it would make things pretty difficult for us!!
