This afternoon's Irn Bru Sorbet may have inspired thoughts of more munching in May:

• EdinTapas at El Bar on the 14th
• Edinese at Bonsai on the 28th

Need to sort a BBQ out too, we now have a nice big BBQ and a nice big patio table on a nice (not too big) patio in a nice big garden with parking plenty enough for 6 cars.

This sounds like a crackin' idea.

As for Tapas, pay day is the 15th so not too sure.
Will definitely be up for Bonsai though.

If pay day is the 15th, which is a Sunday then you will have the money in your account on the Friday, Saturday at the very latest, so no reason whatsoever for not going

I've taken people who hate fish and even one who hates rice(!) to Bonsai, twice or more in most cases...

I've just warned El Bar of the incoming Edintapas on Saturday from 7:30 and it would be quite nice to give them firm(ish) numbers at least a little in advance...

Yeah ... it completely slipped my mind about it and it wasn't till I was sitting down for my tea at 7 that I remembered

Glad it was a good night anyway. It's been really good when I've been there before. I'll make the next one.
