Accident on Glasgow Rd near Uddingston yesterday

Passed a 3 car accident about half 6ish yesterday evening just as firemen were trying to remove the female driver from a Quashqai. Roof had already been cut off but out of the 3 cars, it looked to have the least body damage and the front certainly was not damaged at all.

I understand that in these kinds of situation, if hit from the rear, it can initially damage the driver's back to the extent that Paramedics will want you coming out on a board which was happening as I passed.

Still horrible to see and always makes me think that it could have been me.
