On Wellington Road. If you're not already cuaght up in the traffic avoid the area and pretty much anywhere city centre.

Thank god I dont have to go that way. Any idea what it was all about and or what chemical it was?

No idea, that came from our admin. dept. Riverside Drive was backed up both ways pretty much all the way between the South College Street and King George bridges about 5-30. Lucky I was walking.

Thought it seemed silly busy after work. Definitely a good day to be cycling home!
