Well i have done it

Well a few of you guys know me and a few of you are on my facebook. You will know that i have been working on doing some engine work to my Monaro 5.7ltr.

Well after loosing the car for 4 1/2 weeks i picked it up last Thursday from AAS in Newcastle who had worked the magic on the engine, fitting new cam and a set of polished and ported heads with a few other bits of internals.

I then had to drive the car down to a company near Milton keynes which is called LSPOWER who did the remap on the car for me.

I was really happy when i went back and i was told that they had managed to pull out more than 500hp from the engine and over 400hp at the rear wheels, but when i got told the torque that it was over 500lbs foot at the engine.

It would be nice to make a run, busy at work and busy with Baby Emily. Audi is all ready with new rubber and new dv's fitted. Might leave the baby on board sign up just for the crack. I did go for a blast a few weeks ago, and had a few people flash me for overtaking them. I recon they must have thought i had a baby in the car, cause there was no on coming traffic!!
