Ok so its not a new run just a rebranding of Olie's Skye 2 Day Hoon.......... Skye Thread

Very few of us have signed up for the Skye Run - maybe because its Saturday and Sunday - maybe because of the holidays??

Anyway.. I'm not doing the full run as I need to be back in the central belt for after lunch time on Saturday so I'll be running up as far north as Ft William (ish) and then back down........ so if anyone is up for joining on this basis either sign up below or on Olie's thread.

Start will be in the central belt aromnd 0800 Saturday and then stay as long as you wish!!

Maybe a good mini run for newbies?

Current Runners - variable stay times

Olberj - MR2V6
993 Al - 997 GT2
JC - Probably "flying 500" maybe 993 TurboS
6C4GTS - 996 C4S
KB_S1 - Sunday only?

Not sure what my movements will be.
Hopefully out cycling on the Saturday: Glencoe to Kinlochleven - loop right around to Ballachuilish.
So if you see me on a red bike/white helmet I would appreciate horn beeping and crackly downshifts and blips on way by!

A few of us should be heading from the ABZ INV side also.

We will be having an overnight in Skye for the usual drunken debauchery that usually follows on some runs... I won't be drinking so A&E won't be getting the usual visit! rofl

Bah, down for my Cousins wedding next week so can't make it.

Next time though, it would be good to meet some PHs for a good run and to argue about forum spelling and grammer biggrin

I'm away on holiday that day or I'd definitely be along for a play. I haven't been on a PH run in ages.

Hello,

Im a PH Forum noob but I was watching the other thread and was thinking about signing up to come along.

What kind of mileage is the run and how many people are going to Skye to stay over?

Also is it lads only or are there females that go too because my gf would like to come along with me....

Limited numbers staying over I think but don't let that stop you coming if even for one day.
Passengers are encouraged!
Send a PM to Olberj or me and we can supply route details.

Welcome to PH!

Yep, some going to Skye for the night, so that's an option.

Other option will be doing this part of Baz's run and then an extra bit on top of that.

Will be the usual couple hundred miles or probably double that if you do Skye and back.

Burds more than welcome smile
