£60 for having the WRONG parking ticket!

Bought ticket from blue machine with large "P" in car park. Comes back to find a council parking ticket under screen, the be-videoed clown even laughed when he "explained" that it was a different "firm" that held responsibility for that area.

Things like this put a real skunner on going into town. I won't be doing that again, goodbye Perth, you've driven another driver away.

Oh, a small matter of detail, the time was advanced by about 6 minutes on the ticket, as an aside, Mr ** *, laissez-faire indeed.

Still thinking about it, if I'd been out shopping in Engerland I'd have probably been clamped, impounded and be looking at £500+ to get my heap back off some scrotes...

Where in Perth was that?

Visit every now and again as family still in town but sounds worth avoiding.

Slightly off topic but a couple months ago, my dad got a fine in the Asda car park at the beach from an England based firm. Immediatly got let off as it is illegal for England to enforce such a fine in Scotland. And as there were no losses for the car park as it was free it was deemed unfair and filed under the provervial "B" May very well not be the case for you as it was a "Council" Ticket, but i would check just incase. You can never be too sure untill you check for loopholes. Saved us a 120 in total fines as i got one at another car park!

You should just have kicked his c#nt in. Violence doesn't solve anything, but at least you would have got something for your £60.
