Tradeston Glasgow - Traffic Police Presence

Pretty much every morning this week there has been a heavy police presence on the roads around tradeston. Mainly centred around the M8 Kingston Bridge off ramp to where it joins with Wallace Street.

They seem to line up each side of Wallace Street on foot and are flagging cars down to "book" them. Further traffic cars are sitting on Cook Street and Centre Street.

It has been pretty much like this since the M74 extension opened, if they are not there they are down near the court where the road goes round the one way. Lots of hiding places for them to check for seatbelts, phones and ANPR as well I guess.
