Planning to sell my Maserati soon, and could do with a good location to take some photos....as the driveway doens't really cut it!

In or around Edinburgh, and ideally somewhere where I won't look like a complete plank taking the pics!

Cheers

You could try South Queensferry if you want a nice pic with one of the bridges in the background

Where's the best place around there to stop, I took a back road once before crossing the bridge on the south side that had some fantastic views/would make a great photo, but can't find the road again.

You could try and get down the Hawes Pier (would need to be early in the morning before busy). If you dont know where that is, it is right under the rail bridge (opposite the Hawes Inn) and has the lifeboat shed at the top of the Pier. You could always try the car park just beside the Pier again if you are early before it gets busy. You could also try the Harbour (accessed by a tiny road betwwen the arty shop and the stags head pub on the high street) as then you have a couple of nice options. Failing that, try Port Edgar for a view of the Road bridge

Ocean Terminal car park (an empty level)

Dont want the view to detract too much from the car if you are selling!
