Welding in Aberdeenshire

As some might of have heard my Discovery 1 now has a hole in the floor and needs to be patched up.

Any recommendations on who could do the work?

whatever you do, do not take your car to Mike nivlem's just off mount hooley roundabout.

his mechanics do good work and are very cheap, but when i took my compressor there about a month ago to get a spot weld on the exhaust (a small hole had formed and was making a terrible noise) i came back an hour early to find 4 mechanics crowded round the open bonnet, revving the s**t out my car.

wasn't best pleased and won't be going there again

i just remembered. there's the perfect people to take a Landrover to on greenbank road. it's the road next over from the town and county land rover in Tullos.

it's down the side of the Cammach group building and is run by all ex-town and county Landrover mechs. cannot, for the life of me, remember the name of it though, but iv been told they are cheap and know their stuff
