Hi, we're looking at spending the Easter weekend near there with a couple of mountain bikes. What's the weather looking like?

Cheers.

PS is the Waverley there yet?

Too early in the season for The Waverley, and temp due to drop at the weekend, just in time for my week off.

Bloody typical!

Nice and bright at the moment, probably will deteriorate over the weekend though. Just in time for me getting the '5 back. ranting

Matt, the beauty of Scotland is that we really do get 4 seasons in one day.

If you are looking for weather forecasts, you are as well just checking the met office website or whatever your favoured weather website is.

Will be as accuate as anyone living locally can give you.

I used to know the area quite well, spent a lot of time round Skelmorlie, Wemyss Bay and such with my parents when I was much younger. I've not seen the place since the mid 80s and am looking forward to poking around the place, taking the ferry to Millport and cycling round Gt. Cumbrae etc. etc.

I'll get killed if it's pouring down but that's a risk I'll have to take wink

Thanks.
