Tow Bar Fitting Glasgow - Volvo V70

As the title says - looking for a cost effective solution for a tow ball on my V70. Only require single electrics to mount a cycle carrier and light board. Any ideas as to rough cost and recommendations for fitting?

Had a rather unfortunate "bikes off" incident on the M77 on Sunday with a high mounted carrier - apologies to anyone following behind me when this happened and the motorway came to a halt. Thanks to the guys who stopped and helped me recover the bikes to the hard shoulder
