Telephone number help

I decided to sync my iphone with my new office computer. The result was predictable disaster!

I have lost about 200 of the most recent numbers on my phone.

So if you are unfortunate enough to know me and have previously given me your number could you kindly text me your number again with name and possibly some indication of how we are aquatinted, eg Italian Car and bike day/ pistoheads runs/wednesday nights etc, as well as the car as strange as it may seem I remember cars better than people!

My number is the same one for past 23 years
