Does anyone know how to get in touch with the dealer principal for Arnold Clark in Aberdeen.

To cut a long story short my other half has ordered a brand new Fiat 500 from them and they are taking the p*ss and we need to speak to someone who can sort this out because the branch manager is being no help at all and his attitude along with that of his sales staff is a disgrace.

My g/f also ordered a new 500 from the same dealership but after being royally messed about cancelled the order and went to Clark's for a Mini. I'll see if she got a name for the top person there.

Will ask my boss when I'm back at office, we got a couple 500s from them and afaik no problems. Nit a fan of Arnold Clark myself though!

I had one once say "just because it's a new car doesn't mean it's not dented" - when handing the Car over after it's PDI checks when we noticed a dent.

As a hater of Arnold the shark can i just say the old sales guy at that garage was excellent when we bought the other halfs Panda

I will say that speaking to the right people has sorted the mess out. Should never have got to the point it did, but it has reached a satisfactory conclusion.
