Suitable places for 'road' mapping of car in north Scotland

I'm shortly going to need to map my car and I want to do it on the 'road' as opposed to a dyno. However, obviously the actual road is not feasible (red line runs in 4th gear etc etc).

So I was wondering if anyone is aware of anywhere (airfields, tracks etc) where this might be feasible in the north (I'll include Highlands, Grampian, Tayside and Fife)?
