Letting property in Glasgow

[Gav MC]

Hi I'm looking for some advice on the best place to advertise my flat for let. I currently have it advertised on Gumtree, but looking for any alternatives you guys can recommend? I will be acting as the landlord.

Gumtree is good but will bring a 'lower class' of enquiry, and you'll get calls and emails at ridiculous times of the evening & night from asylum seekers on DSS so you'll need to weed the good from the bad.

A lot of the better sites (rightmove etc) are only accessible by agents, if you want me to recommend a decent one drop me a PM.

Put a 'to let' poster in its window.
