getting the car wax oiled

gritters seem to be out in full force and since my car has no under seal on it I shall be needing it wax oiled so that no rust will show up (for a 17 year old car I can't find a patch of rust anywhere). Needing some places around glasgow to do it, only two places I know of are eaglesham garage and "the garage" in wishaw. Wouldn't let eaglesham garage wash my windscreen let alone do a waxoil. Any other places people know of and how much you reckon it will cost?

I know Irvine is a bit of a treck, but IPS coated mines in Tetraseal (which is apparently a bit better than waxoyl) for not too much money at all.
