Ford Focus 16 spoke (/8 arm) alloy required

Hi,

I've posted this in the Ford forum already but thought somebody local may know of one of these alloys kicking about somewhere:

"due to a buckled wheel I now need to buy a new alloy to get through the MOT test. I'd begrudge paying £45 or so for an old alloy that's probably sitting on about 10,000 different scrap cars at the moment but might have to if I can't find anything at a better price (I'm an Aberdonian, I was born tight). I'm buying 4 new tyres (to replace the ditchfinder crap that previous owner accrued) so just need the alloy. Also, I'd ideally like to get it by Thursday (and I live in Edinburgh). Any ideas?

Daft question would any wheel not get it through MOT?

Steel spare if you have can borrow one then take time to search?

I did actually have that thought but I can't see a spacesaver being classified as a bona fide 'road wheel'. Would love to be proved wrong though as it might help me out just now.

Quick google suggests No, you won't pass even if you turn up on four brand new matching spacesavers.

maybe I could fool them by painting a 5 spoke alloy on it with black and silver paint?
