DVLA office in Glasgow, is it still open??

Hi all. Can anyone tell me if the DVLA office is still open in Glasgow? I've heard rumours that it was closed/closing!? I have a plate to put on retention and was gonna ask my Dad to pop in with the paperwork rather than mail it to the ever efficient Swansea office. I'm offshore just now so can't drive by and check.

I was just in the edinburgh one the other day. Its shutting at the end of october so the glasgow one is probably the same.
