The girl that runs it is a bit of a liar and a nutcase, who has pissed off many car groups in Scotland. Very long story!

And I'm 20 frown god I'm old hehe there's a meet in Elgin coming up soon. May be a trek from Inverness though.

Not going, but we should set up a PH Inverness meet, something not after dark, and a bit more civilized.

Inverness is dead for anything car related other than 4x4s.

The nearest rolling road is aberdeen...

Is there even many PHers in ness?

I attended the last one.

To be fair, there was a huge turnout, but other than that I'm on the fence about attending the next one.

First few hours was mostly civilised, everyone either parked up or going slowly around the car park (5mph or so), with some nice metal, GTRs, old RX7s, and a lot of retro material.

After the police left however, all of the nice cars disappeared and it became a bit unsafe to be around there, some tt in an Audi A3 tearing around with his handbrake up nearly took out my car and a friend's car, when we were parked up, so we decided to leave at that point.

There are videos on youtube showing some of the crap that went on after the police left.

Came back an hour later to see a fiesta shredding a set of tyres as a police car rolled in, he didn't last long after that.

If you want to see nice cars, go for the first hour or two. Leave after that if you want to avoid being associated with chavvy antics.

A few of my friends are going along, and I may make an appearance.

Not really my sort of thing, I have been to the retail park a few times at night for a look and it generally does seem to be tossers in Astras driving up and down as fast as they can. Not entirely sure I want to be associated with that!

I am up for an Inverness PH meet at some point, there are a few of us from here smile

Never actually driven to Inverness myself and whenever I have been I've usually been half asleep hehe so wheesht, especially you Ave!

The forum I use (More 'young' and cruisey than PH) we organize very large meets in the Aberdeen area, with permission from landowners, organise days at Crail, karting at boyndie etc. Try to get rid of the reputation and the Corsas.

Last one like this I went to we organised for 'help for heroes' and raised about £650 through the evening. I did collections round the car park for it and you'd be surprised how many tts are actually nice folk.

May make an appearance at this, undecided yet.

rofl Half asleep reads as hungover!!!

Think I have been to two of these meets ever in my years of owning the tank. Spoils it when you get the idiots performing and scattering stones near cars and people. Bad enough hearing them bouncing the limiter at the retail park at stupid o'clock at the weekends and I live about 3 miles away!!
