Inverness "cruise"
Discussion
Just got in, from what I saw there was 1 accident. Outside a kfc half a mile away. Small fender bender in the carpark entrance to it.
Police camera vans everywhere, dog unites, unmarked cars, loads of marked cars, police stood everywhere.
Was pretty good, didnt take any pictures though.

Right or wrong, that's pretty much my view of the cruising scene too. Too many t

ts behaving like, well, t
ts. They overshadow the few genuine petrolheads at these events.Lefty said:

En route to the cruise last night, I saw some of the s

ttest driving of my life. There was 2 very, very near misses in the 15 minute journey from Nairn to Inverness. It was a little gutless corsa that caused them both, and all the t
tty driving I saw last night was by corsas and other sub-2L hatchbacks. The standard of driving on the way there was so bad, I was considering removing myself from the modified car scene, and I finally understood why boy racers are all tarred with the "s
t drivers" brush. Before anyone pipes up to defend the sub-2L hatchbacks, I drive a 1.4 ZR. However, I managed not to nearly kill anyone yesterday.
On the plus side, there was very little bad driving at the event itself, thanks to the massive police presence. (A riot van, really?)
