That was me in the Westfield. Recognised your VXR8 from Hopetoun House

Went down with the roof off, but decided to try and drive with it on for the return journey (doesn't fit and never tried it before), and it was OK. Never went above 55 in case it come off though. Stopped at Elvanfoot on the way home and took the roof off and had a hoon up the motorway after that.

I did enjoy the show despite the weather. Some really nice cars.

Yep, we had a great day with BMWcc Scotland, I had my E60 M5 there. I did see a couple of Cateram type cars there. There was a nice yellow one parked near us.

Kudos for a "Top Down" trip in that crappy drizzle.

I did see the yellow one near the BMWcc stand. It was a Westfield just recently built. Nice clean car.

Mine was in the car park. I didnt show it.

There were some nice BMWs there. Saw my first M1 on your stand. Also liked Brian's red Boxster Spyder across from the BMW stand.

I would say M1 as all Ms so far have the number after the M. Even Top Gear referred to the new 4 series as the M4, however it doesn't sound right so for me the jury is out

It's an honest question; was it an M1 (never seen one), or a 1M Coupe? hehe

I'm just interested if it was a M1 'cos that would be interesting.

An M1 I haven't seen in the flesh, a 1M I have.

Without hijacking the thread, it was a 1M and it was parked next to me. Pic 8 here http://www.bmwccscotland.co.uk/meets/2013/jun/moff...

It's not a proper //M product, though. Hence the model designation.
