Bothwell Scarecrow Festival Sept 14th - entrants invited :

Hi, I posted this a couple of months ago and had good response but as time is getting close I thought Id remind the PH community whats going on :
The Festival is an annual celebration within the beautiful and historic village of Bothwell and every year it just gets bigger and bigger - Given my connections with the motor trade we're having a vehicle display as part of the festival calendar on Saturday Sept 14th @ Bothwell Primary School.
Star of the show will be the Colin McCrae Sierra Cosworth from the early 90's and many other rare and exotic machines - old / new / vintage / modern etc .
It'll be a real family affair with other attractions such as face painting, fair ground rides, beat the goalie, puppet show (& create a puppet), bouncy castle etc etc
In the evening there will also be a Big Band Gala Concert in the School.

Ah brilliant ! Should be a great family day with loads going on ........really glad you can make it . The Bothwell Scarecrow Festival really has grown to a scale that nobody ever expected and its a great place to be around over that period - the village is really buzzing . There are 41 events on within the village between 11 - 15 September - all the info is listed on www.bothwellscarecrowfestival.co.uk

I'm local to your business, we stay in Baillieston down the bottom by the train station. I'll pop in and see you when I'm replacing my works van, you can do me a deal!!! Seriously though, really looking forward to the scarecrow festival, should be a good day out. I drive a blue Audi S4 B5 Avant and my Renault Trafic van that says P Kelly Gas Services so if you see me about give me a toot.
Hi Barry just to let you know that I definately won't make it in the F430 unfortuntely, just got my dates for being home and wont be back until the 19th :-( Anyway hope you have a great event, you seem to be putting some serious work into it. I'm sure Al Mcmillan will bring a few nice motors for the display!
