For the Suzuki??

Does it matter what a dyno says - spend the money on track time or petrol!

I'll tell you next Sunday..............honestly unless you have a benchmark dyno before the mods with the same rig and identical atmospheric conditions its not accurate.

I'm sure the last one was at Extreme in Whitburn.

Extreme are good. As said best to have a bench mark to start with before modding and use the same rollers after upgrades.

Hi Brad,
I arranged one back in January at extreme in whitburn. I was impressed with their set-uo and knowledge and they weren't too hard on the cars like some dyno runs i've heard about.

What Baz says is right, but it's always interesting to find out your bhp on that given day. The rs, i didn't have before and after figures, but was interested to see what it did on the dyno. The last car i had on a dyno was my sunbeam Ti which was probably before you were born.

I know someone else from the Audi forum who tried to book at extreme, but was refused booking. Aparently the haldex system plays havoc with their dyno and i can understand them not wanting it damaged. His car is an S4, so is not the haldex system. If you arrange a RR day, then any 4 wheel drives VAG cars probably can't go on.

The rolling road can also be good for a diagnostic tool as fuel etc are all checked and you don't want your car running lean when your giving it the beans when out with Baz!!

I've heard people getting runs for £30, but we were £50 as there was only 5 cars and were all different wheel bases.

Cheers for that Kenny. Il look more into Extreme, not too far away from me. Think it would be best to get a group booked rather than single? Assuming it will cost abit more for a single car to participate.

Not looking to do any tuning :-) cant anyway as the ecu is restricted. Just fancy finding out torque and hp figures.

That's pretty good as you'll get some good feedback.

Join me on the 21st at the Scot Elises day though, it's in Glasgow.
