Anyone a keen shooter?

Hi All,

Just wondering if there is any keen shooters from PH.

I do the odd bit of clay pigeon shooting and I've just started taking it seriously, but know of no one that takes part!

I used to do quite a bit including clays. I would be keen to go back to doing more again. I used to do quite a bit of rough shooting and game. I know we are in the middle of a mixi run with rabbits, but if any farmer has problems I used to shoot about 60 a day to clear them for farmers.

I used to do a lot of shooting in the Air Cadets.

Haven't touched a rifle in 4 years maybe...

Never tried clay shooting before. Would be up for a PH clayshoot meet

Used to do it at E-K shooting ground for a numbers of years .They did all types Skeet .Sporting .DTL .Trap.nearly every Sunday Now it is just DTL on certain Wednesday night's .
Also shoot at Dalry Dalvennan .Moscow . If any on wants to organizes a day i would be up for it ,but no longer have my guns Miriko Skeet and Sporter . so would need to have gun hire included

I used to do a bit - mostly DTL - not shot for a year or two but, depending when and where, I'd be up for another go

When in Edinburgh I try to get along for small bore shooting at George Heriots on a Wed night. The club has run recently, and is about to hold a FB shoot on a coming Sunday. They also do clays some or most weekends.

Shot a bit whilst in the RAF. Mainly Aden Cannons, air to ground and air to air missiles.

Were you allowed to bring any home with you? Great toys! Must be amazing for getting geese! Hate the way the flap away at 400ft out of range! Did you ever try them on them?

Those Cannons must be brilliant at clearing Nissan ******* Micras from the middle lane of motorways!

......And yes I am a 'safe gun' ! lol

Do a fair bit of shooting mainly Pheasant & Partridge from October to end January, done a bit of clay stuff but not really into the competition side of it (probably because i'm crap at it!)
