Tornado sidestand

I would like to have the sidestand on my Tornado shortened by 25mm. It is alloy and I was looking for a recomendation of someone who can cut and weld it and refinish it also so that it looks 'factory' fresh once done. Any ideas, preferably in Glasgow/Kilmarnock/Stirling area.
