I am interested in a car from Arnold Clark, one previous owner, a 62 plate with 8000 miles on the clock.
I have asked them who the previous owner was , expecting it to be either Hyundai management or Arnold Clark hire/lease but was told it is Scot Wholesale.

Some googling suggests these come up from auction at BCA but has anyone any more info on them, what their cars were used for etc etc?

Car is a Hyundai ix35 and I think Arnold have bought a few of them?

Walk away I bet it's a hire car

I'd walk before buying from Arnold

I have bought hire cars before with no problems, and bought loads of cars from Arnold.
But after a personal experience, I would never let their so-called mechanics anywhere near my car!

In my experience, Taggarts always minimum of £1k dearer than Arnold for similar cars.
