Two non traffic policemen with small Radar gun? just before bus stop at Sighthill flats with three others pulling targets cars at entrance to cemetery. Odd thing is the vehicle they pulled was a van doing 30mph and cars at check were two panda cars Very odd no obvious traffic police

Did wonder about ANPR check but very small unit being used to target cars so no idea what
