OMG....today took the biscuit!

Daughter wanted to go out in the Atom for the first time so despite the wet roads (but sunny skies) I agreed to go out.

Through Dundee, up the one way slip road (ok maybe quite quickly) only to be met by a middle aged (not old!!!) couple in a Nissan Quashqui doing a 3 point turn and trying to come back down the slipway!!!

Later on up the A9 in the X3 (35D MSport)......everyone driving at 45mph with no gaps to overtake....as soon as we got to a bit of dual carriageway one person pulls into the "overtaking" lane and does 50 mph!!!

Worse still on the way back.....every time we come to a bit of dual carriageway, people stay in the "fast lane" at 60mph and put their hazards on because i am too close......despite the car they are "overtaking" being 300 yards away!!!

We need a new law.....if you do less than 12,000 mpa you are NOT allowed out on a Sunday! ( it wasn't old people driving like F@ds!)

I give up!!!

Worst driving day EVER!

Funny you should say that. We travelled along there today also in an X3 but our one is an E83 3.0sd and were met by a few people doing just the same.

We were behind one lady in a black EOS. I was doing 75mph in the overtaking lane away to pass her then she pulls in front of me and stays there. There was nothing in her lane at all for at least half a mile I could have overtaking at least 10 cars in the time she pulled out. She stayed in the lane and I just pulled into the inside lane thinking she must be turning right soon but no. We get to the speed camera and she slams on the brakes for it.

Strange drivers.

I have seen a few people that seem to move into the overtaking lane and stay there. You come up behind them and thankfully they pull back in then you look in your mirror and they have pulled onto your bumper and back in the overtaking lane overtaking nothing.

We should bring in the same law as in France of preventing overtaking and get all those....'No Gap' idiots booked rather than catching speeders.
