Petrol-related Stag Do ideas for Scotland in Jan

Dear PH'ers of Scotland
I am looking to organise a Stag Do up in Scotland in Jan this year. We're wanting to do something car-themed but being Jan the weather has a potential to throw a spanner in the works. Other than the usual karting etc, what other ideas or experiences do the good people of PH have?
Size of group is approx 10 and we're not particularly restricted by location.
