Started a new job so nolonger have the comapny car and back to the old faithfull but immaculately kept E Class, bit of a project to keep it pristine. Spending alot of the time flying up and down to Southapmton and left the car for 2 days at Airparks in Linwood. The car had only been out my garage for the days to go the airport, returning at around 11pm on the frosty Thursday night. Saturday; go out to wash my pride and joy to find two massive scrathes along the rear passanger door and above the rear wing, what is wrong with these C U Next Tuesday's!!!

Take it I have no way of claiming anything from the car park?

As the car is going to be there frequently I don't see any point fixing it at the moment.

Thinking of taking a picture of the car and the 2 cars parked either side when I leave it now but even then I couldn't prove it was them could I?

Nope - cars each side could change numerous times whilst parked and even if you went to police with photo evidence they wouldn't do anything.

Just the usual car parking rules - try and park at an end spot to minimise the chance but these things happen am afraid!

Piss boiler frown

They will have more disclaimers than a disclaimer shop though!

Bit of a pet hate of mine, these places are always quick to take your money, but do not provide adequate protection...

Do not even mention Hotel car parks...
