Morning,

has anyone bought or had experience of this Garage before?
I was going to go to look at the Red Cayman S they have for the missus but wanted to see if they are a good firm to buy from.....

Cheers

John

No idea about the company but would ask the question are they prepared to book the car into OPC Edinburgh for an 111 point check, will cost around £120 ish that way you will get a good indication of things required if any could save you thousands on a bad one

They bought two cars of me many years ago and they have been on the go for a very long time. No buying experience.

Never bought a car from them but looked at a few and being into my jap imports i've heard stories over the years about how bad they are.

Any car i looked at seemed to have low miles but showed all the signs of very high miles. they are also overpriced compared to others.

That said it was a good few years ago but i certainly wouldn't look there.

Johnny.

When they did Jap imports there were several horror stories but they moved across the road and have branched out into other 'normal' cars. I've never bought anything from them but haven't really heard much about them, either good or bad TBH.

After speaking to the Guy and getting a feel for them and car I would maybe buy a caravan there, maybe, but a Cayman S? no thanks.

I've been out a couple of times over the years and they used to deal in hot hatches before the Jap stuff.

Every time i've gone out for a look up close, their stock looked ropey as hell - T-top roofs sealed with bathroom sealant, flat tyres, broke mirrors, etc.

I wasn't impressed!

I will add that it has been a good few years since i've looked and they might have changed but I think i'll give them a wide berth.

Fair point, should try arguing with him about a car you've bought...
