Anyone used this at all? I tried to report a pothole online with Glasgow Council last night and one of the methods they suggest is to download this APP which I have done.
I have today taken a photo, used my GPS location and entered text and uploaded the whole lot to GCC. Have already received an auto reply with a report number.

All seems very good and effective, the proof of course, will be in the pudding......... and yes it does dawn on me that if this works so effectively, why do they not install it on all their staff's phones!!!

Report the ones on the road into my work continually online, get a quick response, then they do fk all as usual. There's a trench that wouldn't be out of place in the Somme across the road, nearly rips the wheels off the car, once they came along and put a couple of shovelfuls of tar down in the deepest bits and jumped up and down on it.
Total waste of time.

Well, reported pothole about 9.30 am this morning and received an update at 4.30pm this afternoon saying that my report had now been updated to closed.
I will check tomorrow morning when I pass again to see if they have actually done anything!

I think it's quite handy but haven't reported a pothole with it. They normally come and fill them but let cars drive over them before they have dried and the pothole reappears. I've seen them do to the same one 5 days in a row

well 23 and a half hours after reporting it, the guys were there this morning filling the hole.
However, as this is in a lane, and cars were waiting to get past, I am not so sure that the pothole won't be back by lunchtime!
