Aberdeen flat / house rental?

Anyone have any ideas or contacts which could solve this rental requirement?

• 1 or 2 bedrooms.
• < £1000 / month.
• Starting end August.
• Must be max 30 - 45 mins from the university by public transport.
• Tenant is female (mature) law student.
• Must allow dogs (tenant will have two, possibly three, greyhounds).

The last point seems to be the difficult one.

RGU or Aberdeen University?

Assuming Aberdeen University, there's this place in Don Street which would be within walking distance: https://www.aspc.co.uk/search/property/319643/31-D... so no public transport required.

Most of the floors look like wood/laminate so I wouldn't image pets would be a major issue for a long term let, but worth calling and talking to the owner.

I'll see what's on our books tomorrow most of our properties don't allow dogs but some landlords can change their minds when asked!

Should be possible. Try looking at private lets in Hilton. I've sold my flat but 18months ago had couple with dog. Was ex-council upper flat in block of 4, 2 bedroom and charged £760pcm.
