Just a quick note to recommend this company. I spoke to the owner before Christmas about refurbishing the wheels of my wife's Golf (shadow Monza so not easy) and repairing my neighbour's twin spoke M alloys which had a nasty chunk out of one of the edges. Very reasonably priced, great work and super customer service.

I spent ages trying to find a local wheel repair service, so I thought I'd save others a heap of time and hassle by recommending this one.

By chance I have also used The Wheel Specialist (recommended by my mechanic) and they did an excellent job.

If you email them for a quote, wait a week and you may well get a further email with a reduction in the original quote

Did they repair the monza shadow in-house?

Sort of.
Diamond cuts are sent to their Glasgow site, so up to 4 day turnaround needed.

Or you can opt for same day turnaround for a shadow powder coat (grey face on a black base). Not quite the same as diamond cut bit it looks like a pretty good finish. There are a few finished wheels at the workshop showing what's possible so you can see what I'm trying to describe if you visit them.
