Driver of the year

I wonder if he's using the laptop to post on Pistonheads?:

His reaction when he realises he's being filmed is hilarious.
Curious to know if wearing headphones is illegal? I've always thought it's ridiculous when you see people on the road (drivers and cyclists) with headphones in/over their ears, but is it actually illegal?
Not that the police will have any bother finding something to do this guy with!

My house is on that road (very near to where that was filmed!) and I see this sort of thing daily. The number of muppets just texting away and watching TV (yes, tv on, presumably with one of those handbrake sensor bypasses) just rolling along towards the lights as there's usually a little traffic build up.

Did anyone hear the statement from the AIM "member", saying maybe the cyclist should've been watching the road more instead of filming this idiot??
What a wheel shuffler...
You just need to watch the video his head is contantly moving watching traffic and Fit as well

The driver deserves all thats coming his way, impact slightly lessened by looking at the cyclists YouTube, seems to like crusading against the motorists?
Same as every cyclist with a headcam surely??corvettedave said:
Do cyclists pay road tax?, car insurance?, highly taxed fuel costs?, no!, thought not, so stay off my tarmac b
h lol
Last time I checked, both cars on my drive have valid tax. They are also both insured. They also both have fuel in them. What relevance this has to me riding my bike I'm not sure...
h lol Usually when the hard of thinking bring up road tax in relation to bicycles, I point out that with the way VED works, the cost would be £0 - heck, last time, I even paid it for all the cyclists on Pistonheads - it cost me £0.
Who cares if the cyclist was a lentil munching militant with a vendetta against cars, the guy was driving about on his phone and laptop and shouldn't be on the roads...
