Hopetoun Classic Vintage Car Show

The Rotary Club of South Queensferry are holding the Hopetoun Classic Car Rally on Sunday 24th September at Hopetoun House. This is returning after an absence of 5 years. There will be displays of vintage cars and motorcycles. Adult entry is £5, children are free, and parking is free also. It will be open from 10:00am and discount vouchers will be available to anyone interested in viewing Hopetoun House

Cheers for the heads-up. The Scottish Half Marathon is also on that day at Musselburgh, so will pop along after the race for a look

I remember going to a show at Hopetoun House back in 1993, the week before the Dalmeny House show.

Not sure how long it continued though...

Sorry folks, I can't give you any more info about the event. A friend of mine asked if I could spread the word about it. He's involved with the Round Table, but not the classic car scene.

Cool, just joined PH and this was just what I was looking for.

BTW, I was out on a run last week and when passing through Biggar came across a car show on there.

can anyone recommend any good site where a list of such local events in Scotland are listed.

Tartan Tarmac ...have event on and a monthly meet last Sunday of the month at Motherwell College Campus can attract 300/400 cars on a sunny day

Depends what Marque you are driving most have events drives through the year contact the organizer

The Hopetoun show contacted the organizer to show an interest said limited space and would get back to me 1 week on heard nothing ...not good PR from a Rotary club
