I don't suppose anyone knows what the camera between the Gilmerton and Lasswade junctions is for? Looks a bit temporary but I only caught a glimpse of it though!

No signs on it to say what it is, good to know now. I had plenty of time to look at it on Saturday past. 30 minutes being held while a minor accident was cleared up. I wondered if the distraction of it played a part in the accident.
