Spare Battery to borrow/rent

Anyone got a spare standard sized battery they could lend or rent mne for 4 days?

my own battery (optima red top) has been sent back to be replaced under warranty but I won't get it back till later this week (if I'm lucky) and I need to drive to london then - so it'll be touch and go if I can get the replacement in time & being a grippy jock don't want to buy a.n.other battery to be used for 4 days then bin (just thinking of the environment!)

I'll check the size limitations tonight but something like an vauxhall astra, corsa, nissan micra, ford fiesta..etc
