Hi - we have a flat that we rent out in Edinburgh - Roseburn area (but we call it Murrayfield to be posh!). Tried letting it out ourselves but had a lot of hassle so now use Jenners as our agents and they come highly recommended - OK they take their cut but it's worth every penny as they do all the advertising, showing, taking up references, dealing with any problems etc etc. Might be worth thinking about as there are a LOT of flats up for rend in embra just now and you don't want it lying empty.
