Why should he have to build 500 houses he can't sell?

Golf course and hotel sounds pretty good to me - Aberdeen's in dire nede of more good hotels!

Sounds like the typical ayburrdeen attitude. I'm sure some of the hardcore would still live in the dark ages if they had thier way.
