I need to talk to a surveyor about rent review - Edinburgh

As discussed at reasonable length in a thread in the business section ( http://pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&f... ) I have an 'issue' with commercial premises rent review.

I may well need to have a chat with a commercial surveyor experienced in these matters to advise me on the best course of action.

Is anyone/does anybody know a surveyor in Edinburgh with experience in this field.

Preferably someone willing to bend over backwards to help me whilst waiving their fee
