O2 is good as long as you are in the central belt or a major town but is pretty sketchy out in the wilds.

I've been on O2 since it was BT Cellnet! Never really had a problem and i live in the sticks, yet the sister-in-law is on Orange and can only get a signal on my living room window sill! laugh

Chances are these days if you don't get a signal with 1 carrier, you struggle with them all so if you really want an iPhone then get one.

My company phone was recently changed from Voda to Iphone O2 and I don;t really like it. Signal coverage is terrible in my office compared to Voda.....and I don't really fancy the Iphone either.....thinking of selling it......

I recently changed from Vodafone to o2 to get an I-phone and would thoroughly recommend it.

Coverage is good, I live in west end and get signal easily as good as previously with Vodafone.

I would suggest in buying a in car charger though from day one as battery life isn't great! Great phone though,

Ian

I was on O2 in Edinburgh and it was excellent. TBH I rarely didn't get reception with O2 apart form in the middle of nowhere in the country.

I am now on Orange and now realize how good the reception was on O2 really was. I only get reception in certain places in my house and it is right annoying.

I dont know where in SQ you are living mate but here in Scotstoun I never ever got 3g signal on my N95 with o2 or my SE K850 before that... However, a swift change to orange and I even get 3g downstairs biggrin

Cheers folks. Pretty comparable to Voda by the sounds of it. At least for my needs anyway.
