Anyone going along this weekend?

Planning to take the little 'un for his first taste of motorsport. Not sure who's more excited - me or him! hehe

Hi Chris, will be heading up on Sunday with my lad, 5. Took him to the BTTC two years ago and he's been hooked since. Come and say hello if you see us. (That goes for any other PH'ers as well)

Look for the lad in the full McLaren outfit and the day-glow green ear defenders. ( And usually dancing about on the benches near the hairpin rolleyes)

Early start tomorrow morning from the North east. Looking forward to it, for some reason really looking forward to seeing the VW cup as I've not seen that for a few years.

Yeh BBC says heavy rain, though metcheck and the met office both say light/moderate showers for Sunday. It's Knockhill so who knows!!!

Should be there Sunday unless work interferes but met office says rain rain rain.

Knockhill can be surprising regardless of forecast but I think I've had my weather luck for the year with the Jim Clark.

Very quiet today, on and off track. Col was good to see you and Iain again, I await seeing your images as always.
Got my normal 2 or 3 reasonable shots today and even saw Damon Hill...... sad I know, but I was chuffed. Good day out but broke my speedlight so that did dampen my spirits.

Well what a great day. Weather was way better than forcast. A huge thank you to Chris Hyman and José Balbiani of Chad racing for making my sons day . Not only taking the time to talk to him and letting him sit in the car but also signing his hat and letting hold the trophy. He's going to be smiling for days.

Thanks to Jody Firth for taking the time to talk to him as well.

If anybody out there knows how get in touch with Chris Hyman via e-mail then please PM me as I'd like to thank him again.

Some place Knockhill eh! One shower all day but heading back to Edinburgh it looked like the rain never stopped all day.

Reasonably entertained all day and although it is not good for the track or sport it was nice it was quiet - Easy in/out, easy parked, loads of spectating space.

Should be back for the BTCC so hope for similar weather but it'll be packed.
