Who has been painting bridges on the M8?

Travelled back from Glasgow to Edinburgh on the M8 today. Someone has been out with the paintbrush on several of the footpaths bridges over the M8. Slogans such as 'Cars kill our world' and 'Hooked on oil' have appeared in 2 foot high letters in red paint. Although the daftest seems to be 'Choose Life, not Oil' - not quite sure what they mean by that though!

Bet they drove to the bridges to paint their anti car slogans too, the cretins!

Well it wasnt me! I enjoy burning lots of the stuff every day just for fun! At least it will wash of pretty quick as it will of course be a water based paint they have used!?

I'm sure no oil was involved, and it was in their local environmentally friendly paint factory.

I would love to have a 'discussion' with the kind of people who write sh!t like that, just to see how they're tiny minds think the world works. Not a clue what's going on like.

It reminds me of the 'motivational' picture that appears on the odd email with the picture of a hippy holding a placard that reads: "Who needs oil? I take the bus!"
