Just thought I'd start my first thread. Sorry if there's already one similar or the same. Didn't notice any.
But what's the rarest car you've spotted...?
Mine has to be the "mega track". I spotted one last week on holiday in Monaco. There was only 5 made. Either that or the Bugatti Veyron Grandsport convertible, not sure how many there's been made.

I've posted it before but it's stunning so any excuse to post it again - the car I hired for my wedding day, one of only two in the world (don't actually know if that was two made, or two now in existence). Rolls Royce Phantom 2.

I know a gentleman who lives not far from me. He owns a e-type jag, convertible, not sure of the exact year, but in a champagne pinky colour. He used to come to visit my parents next door neighbour when i was a kid. The car was truely beutiful. He told me himself many years ago that there were only 3 in that colour. The car was rarely driven, only in the dry. Please be gentle if im wrong, im only quoteing what he said. Big enthusiast of classics though.

Jaguar XJR Lister, only ever seen one on the road, not sure how many were made.

There are a lot of rare cars in Scotland.

Here are some of mine(any excuse)

Alpina E32 B3.5. One of 5.

Mercedes SL60 AMG.

Porsche 997 GT3 Cup.

Koenigsegg CC8s. One of 8.

A PHer for good measure! Audi RS6 C6 MTM. Can't be many made!

AM DB7 V12 Vantage with Jaffa rear lights. One of around 20-25.

Kicherer SL350 EVO. Can't imagine that there are more than 5.

Then of course there are the usual suspects like the Paganis, etc.

I'll add to it again...Another car I saw on holiday was a Italdesign Aztec Guigiaro Concept. Made in 1988 and there was only 50 built. Strange looking thing...like something out of back to the future...

I don't think it counts if you saw it at a show or a track - should be spotted on the road.

I saw not one, but two 300 SL Gullwings going over the Kessock Bridge last year.

Ford V6. It will be out on the run on Sunday, so those that are going can see it in person.

Doesn't sound rare, but a Porsche Cayenne Turbo.......only thing was it was in Porsche Guards Red. Not on the options list, was sent in primer and then sprayed at a Porsche approved centre in the UK. As far as the owner is aware it is the only 1 in the UK.

Saw this car at Goodwood festival of speed few years ago, but it is a concept car. This car did run up the hill.
