Jaguar Service + Buyers Report Near Edinburgh? ('98 XJR)

As per the thread title I'm wondering does anybody know a garage near Edinburgh that can service my XJR?

Despite it being a basic service I'm after someone with experience of XJ8s as I need a report written verifying the tensioners and pulleys have been updated along with a compression test so I can put it up for sale.

I had intended for McMillan Jaguar in Motherwell to do the job but his number has just rang out the past week. Stratstone/Rossleigh is also a no-no after a recent dispute over their poor customer service.

Any advice appreciated guys.

Hi there. Try M P supercars, they specialise in all the high end stuff. I dont know if they have experiance but its waorth a phone call. Speak to martin or Phil if you phone and tell them that Simon from Dingbro put you onto them. There number is 01875 813976

I use Mulsanne Motors in Dalkeith. Strictly speaking Ross is a Bentley specialist, but he does loads of Jags too (both modern and vintage). Good guy, reasonably priced and there is always crazy interesting stuff in there (e.g. racing E-Types, 20's Le Mans Bentleys etc etc)
