ABZ folks,

I'd be grateful for recommendations for a number of services (or indeed, PHers in the appropriate business, speak up!).

Here's what I need ...

  • A plumber or gas fitter who could install gas central heating in a fairly large property.
  • A company who could sort out multi-room Sky TV / free-view.
  • A gardener (once or twice a week) in the Old Aberdeen / Seaton area.
  • If not included in the above, someone to trim a beech hedge (3m high / 20m long).
  • Someone who could convert a bit of garden (including trees and shrubs) to lock block hard standing.
  • A window cleaner (once or twice a week) for a three story building in the Old Aberdeen / Seaton area.
Cheers,

Eric smile

Thanks Steve.

I'm looking for someone (company or individual) who will do a proper job with a good degree of sympathy for the property. I want to pay for a good job with no short-cuts or bodges.

If you have someone in mind, I'd be grateful if you could drop me a note (eric.kiltie@btinternet.com).

Cheers,

Eric smile

Bit of a thread hijack, but I could do with a recommendation for a jobbing builder to sort a (slate)porch roof, put in a couple of new windows and get rid of some wetrot.

Stuart has been round to the house and will be doing the job later in the week.

When you see him, let him know it was you who put him on to me.

Thanks,

Did you get a good gas fitter as I need a gas hob fitted and for insurance purposes it needs to be someone properly registered. Can't remember the name but it used to be Corgi
Trev

Trevor,

I understand it's now " Gas Safe".

I did get a strong recommendation (above) and I'll email you the details.
